Other Mothers stores have top-quality, gently-loved used and new women's, children's, baby and maternity clothes, baby furniture and toys. Other Mothers' customers love being able to immediately get either exchange credit or cash for items their children have outgrown. The stores, with their distinctive decor, have the look and feel of upscale stores that carry new clothing, but don't have "new" store prices.

Even in a sluggish economy the stores do very well.

Since 1979 the system has been refined and tuned to a highly-efficient exchange credit and cash system that has many advantages over consignment and cash-only systems.

The original stores were smaller and had more of a co-op feeling, with mom's helping other moms. Now, it is the larger stores (4000-6000 square feet) in nicer shopping centers that have enough room to sell in high volume with low prices that work best for both the store owner and the customer.

Our BIG, bright, clean stores are the cornerstone of a business system that works.
